Barnett Family - Extended Family Portraits at Home

I feel really privileged when families ask me to photograph them on a regular basis! It’s always really nice to get to know the kids as they grow, and the more often they have family portraits taken, the more used to it they get and the less it feels like pulling teeth!

This is the third time I’ve photographed Sam, Adam and their kiddos and this time we got to include Grandma and Grandpa too! It’s always really special to see the bond between grandparents/grandchildren. It’s different to that of a parent/child relationship and isn’t one that families always think of when deciding who to include in their family portraits.

Last time I photographed these guys, Eleanor was just a newborn so it’s really nice to see her as she grows (as well as Connor and Lachy too!).

Sam has signed up to my Storyline Membership which is a monthly membership for select clients. If invited into the program you’ll have access to a bunch of perks - First pick of session dates, Your choice of bonus print credit or bonus product.

My vision when creating this program was for my clients to be able to look back on their children’s early years with a collection of albums stacked up in the bookshelf one from each year. I was influenced by my own parents who every single year have taken portraits of my sister and myself and a little wall gallery of our headshots from each year still adorn the wall outside our childhood bedrooms.
