Questions you should ask your photographer

There are a few questions that I wish EVERYBODY would as their photographers! Here are my answers!

🌧️ What if it rains?
If it's pouring with no chance of it stopping you have 3 choices 1. rescheule for another day 2. Change locations to somewhere with a bit of shelter (if your shoot is scheduled for outdoors!) or 3. Embrace the rain and don your gumboots!

💾 How long do you keep the images for?
I keep them forever. So whether it's in 6 months when you're looking for a present for Mum, or 10 years time I'll still have them!

💥Do the printed images have a warranty?
Sure do! If they don't look as good as the day you picked them up I'll replace them!

💽 What is your digital file policy?
I don't sell digital files, mainly because I don't want you printing them at Kmart! but you will get a digital copy of every print you purchase which will be perfect for sharing on social media!

💸 Do you have payment plans?
Sure do! 3, 6 or 12 month options are available.

🤩 Will you replace my images if something happens to them?
You betcha! Goes with the lifetime warranty, so it doesn't matter if the prints fade in the sunlight (they shouldn't but things happen yaknow) or if your toddler took to colouring in your album, I'll replace them free of charge.

📄 Do you have a contract?
Yes, It's a must that any client of mine signs a contract, it protects both of us!

🖥️ Will my images be used online?
As a standard, I share my images online, on social media platforms, my blog, website and also for advertising. BUT if you'd like your images not to be used, just tell me, and I'll make sure they're kept private.

💁🏽‍♀️ What if I don't like any of the images taken?
I have NEVER had this happen (Touch wood) but if it does I'm prepared to reshoot your session for free, or refund any money paid. I know I'll create beautiful images of your family so I'm not even worried!
