The Storyline Membership is a monthly membership for select clients.
My vision when creating this program was for my clients to be able to look back on their children’s early years with a collection of albums stacked up in the bookshelf one from each year. I was influenced by my own parents who every single year have taken portraits of my sister and myself and a little wall gallery of our headshots from each year still adorn the wall outside our childhood bedrooms.
If I, as a photographer, can create something as magical as that for you when your children are 30 then I think I will have done my job right.
I have a limited number of spots available and the membership is available by invite only.
How does it work?
Pick your Storyline Program
Pick from three tiers of membership, there’s an option for every budget which includes a yearly shoot, print credit, a bonus product and extra perks!
Set up a monthly payment plan
Whichever option you decide on, we’ll set up 12 monthly payments to be deducted from your credit card every month.
I have capped my regular payment plans at 6 months, so being a part of the Storyline Membership is the only way to spread out your payments over 12 months.
Pick your Season
No need to commit to a final date and time for your photography session straight off the bat, just nominate which month you would like to schedule your portraits for this year. I’ll be in touch when I open my bookings for that quarter and you’ll be first in to pick your date. Each year you’ll be able to choose your month, so if you want to stick with portraits every single March, you can do that, or if you want to pick a different month each year so your family portraits are in a different season you can do that too!
Do it all again
Every year I will open up the doors to the Storyline Membership for a week. If you’d like to continue on for another year just choose your package for the next year. Some years you might have a lot going on and want to choose the Big Picture package, and some years might be less eventful, so the Small Details package is all you need.

No Session Fee
Discounted option to purchase all the digital files from your session
unlimited access to an online gallery containing all of your photos as we create them, over the years (which makes for a beautiful, shareable, and fully backed-up digital family album) plus a shareable app for your phone containing your gallery.
First access to my calendar for self scheduling your session
First pick of weekend dates (which will be limited this year as I find the balance between being a new mum and a photographer!)

Small Details
$100/month
The Small Details package is the budget friendly option for those who only want a small number of images. Maybe you don’t have a lot going on this year but still want to document your families growth.
The Small Details gives you a $1200 print credit, plus a bonus set of 3 matted 7x5” prints (valued at $495)
Story Unfolding
$120/month
Story Unfolding is perfect for those in between years, You don’t have any big milestones, but it’s also been a few years since you updated any of the larger wall art pieces in your home. It’s also perfect if you want a small wall collection or a larger portfolio box.
The Story Unfolding gives you $1400 of print credit, plus a Bonus set of 3 matted 10x7” prints (valued at $675)
Bigger Picture
$150/month
The Bigger Picture package is perfect for growing families, maybe you’re having a new baby and want to document several milestones throughout the year, or maybe you want a larger wall collection for your home this is the package for you.
The Bigger Picture gives you a $1750 Print credit plus Memory box of 10 matted 10x7” prints (Valued at $1750)
Other important info to know
I'm limiting the number of Storyline memberships to keep my schedule manageable so that I can truly give members a premium experience.
Rescheduling for reasons of bad weather, illness, etc. will be handled the same way it always is - we’ll look at the calendar and figure it out. If you realize your date won’t work for another reason - a travel or work conflict, for example - I will work with you to find a new date - just reach out as soon as you realize the issue.
In future years, members will be asked whether they would like to renew or terminate their membership prior to the new membership enrollment period. There is no commitment beyond the year, and there will be no surprise renewals. as with the sign up, re-enrollment will be open for 7 days.
If you choose to renew but would like to change your subscription level (up or down), you are welcome to do so without penalty, though offerings and pricing may change year to year.
Some questions you probably have
Are payment plans still available?
Yes, but as of July 2021, Payment plans have been capped at 6 months maximum, which means that being a part of the Storyline Program is the only way to spread your payments out over 12 months.
I’m still paying a payment plan from a previous portrait session, how will that factor in?
This will be a completely separate payment to your current payment plan, if you choose to enroll for 2024 you will need to pay both payments until your original portrait payment plan has ended. If you would like to wait until your current portrait payment plan has finished before joining, I will be opening spots up again in January 2025 subject to availability.
Do we need to wait until our payments are completed before picking up our portrait order?
NOPE! as with any of my portrait sessions, your images do not need to be paid in full before collection, you can pick them up as soon as they are ready (normally 5-6 weeks after your viewing appointment)
What if we don’t want to have a shoot every year?
There’s 2 options if you don’t want a shoot every year. Firstly: You’re not locked into a certain month each year, which means essentially you can book your sessions 23 months apart (for example one in January 2024 and the following in December 2025). The second option: you can cancel your membership for the year, and rejoin the following year if there is space available.
Will I be locked in for life?
No, each year you will have the option to change your package for the following year or opt out all together if you wish. I hope that you’ll pick me to be your family’s photographer for life, but I promise I’m not the clingy ex girlfriend who will be impossible to get rid of if you choose to opt out. BUT if you choose to continue your membership, your rate is locked in!
Can I do weekly or fortnightly payments instead of monthly?
If you would prefer weekly or fortnightly payments just shoot me an email before signing up and I can adjust your payment schedule.
