Launceston Family Photoshoot Locations - The Cataract Gorge

One of the things people always struggle with when discussing family portraits is deciding on the location to have their family portraits. So I started creating a Family photoshoot Location guide for the Launceston Area. I’m still looking for 5 families to be a part of it, but I wanted to do a spotlight blog post on some of my favourite spots.

The Gorge is a family favourite of so many local families. I prefer to shoot on the Trevallyn side of the Gorge opposed to the West Launceston side as there’s more shade and a heap of different options (even the car park has some pretty spots perfect for portraits!)
