Henry & Louie - At Home Newborn Portrait Session

I photographed Henry back in 2019 when he was just a teeny tiny baby and I’m always so surprised to see how big these little people have grown, especially when it’s been a few years in between visits! He’s taken on a new job being a big brother to new baby Louie, and is doing a killer job if I say so myself!

Photographing newborns at home is my favourite, it’s so much more relaxed. It’s nice to have your own background in the images and you have everything at your fingertips for when you need the inevitable change of clothes. It’s also really great with older siblings because they have their own toys and things to keep them occupied while I photograph the baby.

We were lucky that Henry and Louie’s Poppy was around to give Ashleigh a hand and I was able to get some really sweet images of the boys with Poppy. I always encourage grandparents to be a part of family portraits, and it’s always a really nice thing when it happens.

Did you know that I don’t charge any extra for additional people in your portrait session. So whether you have 2 people or 20 there’s still the same session fee (you just might need to allow a bit more time!)
